Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 box Sarap Pinoy Gulaman Mix Coffee Flavor
  • 2 cups water for Coffee Gulaman Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Condensed Milk
  • 200 ml Espresso
Preparation

Directions:
Step 1 Dissolve contents of pouch (Gulaman Mix) in 2 cups of water. (Amount of water can be reduced for a firmer gulaman).
Step 2 Bring to boil while stirring constantly.
Step 3 Pour into a mold. Cool to set and slice into cubes.
Step 4 Pour 2 tablespoons of Condensed Milk into glass then add the sliced Coffee Gulaman.
Step 5 Add the Espresso and mix. Ready to serve.
