Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 pack Sarap Pinoy Gulaman Mix Pandan Flavor
  • 1 can 300ml Condensed milk
  • 1 can 370ml Evap Milk
  • 1/4 Sugar
  • 1.5 Liters Water
  • 1 cup coconut shredded meat
Preparation

Directions:

Step 1 Cook Gulaman according to packaging direction then set aside
Step 2 In a large pot combine the remaining ingredients. Adjust the sugar according to ta
Step 3 Cut the gulaman into cubes then add in the Buko mixture. 
Step 4 Put the Buko Pandan mixture in the ice candy bag. Freeze for 2 to 4hrs serve and enjoy!
