Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 pack Sarap Pinoy Gulaman Mix Coffee Flavor
  • 1 pack 25 grams coffee
  • 1 can 410ml Kremdensada Milk
  • 1 can 370ml Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 Sugar
  • 2.6 Liters Water
  • 1 1/2 cup ng cassava flour (dissolve in 600ml water)
Preparation

Directions:

Step 1 Cook Gulaman according to packaging direction then set aside
Step 2 Bring to boil the 2.6 liters of water then slowly add the cassava flour.  Stir continously until cook.  Remove from heat.
Step 3 Add the remaining ingredients. Adjust the coffee and sugar according to your taste.
Step 4 Cut the gulaman into cubes then add in the coffee mixture.
Step 5 Put the coffee jelly mixture in the ice candy bag. Freeze for 2 to 4hrs serve and enjoy!
