Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 pack Sarap Pinoy Bibingka MIx
  • 2 8oz pack Cream Cheese
  • 2 pcs large egg
  • 2 tbsp softened butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 250ml heavy cream 
Preparation

Directions:

Step 1 Preheat oven at 375 F /180 C and greased the muffin tin with butter or margarine.
Step 2 Dissolve coconut powder into 1/2 cup water (coconut mix).
Step 3 Beat 2 large eggs in a bowl.
Step 4 Pour batter in the mufin tin and bake for 25-30 mins.
Step 5 Top with salted egg or grated coconut (optional)
